The Filmmaker
I'm Chris Spice, and I run Spice Wedding Films — an award-winning wedding videography company based in Hampshire. I create authentic, story-driven films filled with love, joy, and the moments that matter most.
While I've shot epic venues and jaw-dropping golden hour goodness, what really sticks with me is the in-between moments — the raw, unfiltered happiness that a wedding brings. I don't just capture pretty shots (though you'll get plenty of those), I want to capture how your day felt.
My approach is relaxed and documentary in style. I blend into the background so you can be fully present, while I quietly capture everything that matters. Think of me as a calm, creative friend with a camera — there to hype you up and keep everything feeling natural.

We stay for a few songs after the first dance. Add more time per videographer to capture sparklers, dancing, and all the evening magic.

From the moment you enquire to the moment your film lands — every step is designed to be easy, exciting, and completely stress-free.
We kick off with a video call — I find out about your day, your vibe, and what you're dreaming of. When you're ready, a £250 deposit locks in your date.
I'm with you every step of the way. Questions, timeline help, vendor suggestions — I've been called 'a videographer and a wedding planner' more than once.
All you have to do is enjoy yourself. I blend into the background, stay out of the way, and quietly capture everything that matters. Just be present — I've got the rest.
You'll get a live film tracker link so you can see progress in real time. Your finished film, ceremony, and speeches are then delivered on your personalised portal.

Absolutely not. I blend in enough that most couples say they forgot I was there — which is exactly the aim. Unobtrusive, but always present.
Two cameras means twice the coverage, better quality shots, and more of those moments you'll miss. Each videographer has more time to get the perfect shot.
Every package includes arrival 3 hours before the ceremony and coverage through to around 30 mins - 1 hour after first dance. If your moves are entertaining, I might linger!
Photographers are my friends on the day. I love bouncing ideas and I'm recommended by several local photographers because of how well we collaborate.
I select from a curated library of professionally licensed tracks, tailored to your personality and vibe. Sit back - I've got this completely handled.
Always. A call before booking, then another about a month before the big day to run through every detail and make sure we're totally aligned.
Yes! The Keepsake Edit add-on gives you everything - all your footage in one long video with natural audio, including the bits that don't make the final film.
Absolutely - I love to travel. Destination packages start from £2,399 plus travel costs. Get in touch and I'll put together a full breakdown for your location.
